Did you get the memo? The best Cary real estate blog is now over at AllCary.com. What happened to the Triangle Home Wizard? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. As in, I’m not doing much here at the moment while Chris and I pour loads of creative talent and energy into our new website.
Meanwhile, we are letting everything here just sit - have some quiet time as I tell my 3 1/2 year old.
Over at AllCary.com, we have LOTS of articles going up - we post daily - lots of blog posts about Cary real estate, pictures, contests and giveaways, and any other fun and shenanigans we can think about.
Don’t worry. We won’t miss you hear (crickets chirp). Head straight over and see if you like it.
If you’re too lazy to read our site daily (like my wife), we have a fancy email subscription service from Feedblitz which will email you our posts. Just drop your email in the box below to automagically subscribe. 100% painless to unsubscribe - this is only a subscription to the blog.

Today we are taking the wraps off our new Cary-centric real estate website, AllCary.com. At All Cary Real Estate, you will find news and information with a particular focus on Cary. We will cover local Cary businesses, events, developments, entertainment, anecdotes and just about anything else we find interesting.
What you WON’T find there is posts about our listings. Or a list of XX reasons why you should choose All Cary Real Estate as your Realtor. Or a lot of templated, copied, scripted marketing BS. We provide fresh, interesting and entertaining content (cool idea, huh?)
A unique feature of the website will be our Community pages. Here you will find information about the various Cary communities - which will list not only fixed statistical kind of information (home price range, location, etc) but up-to-date information about the community. We hope to get interactive feedback from people in the community to provide an even deeper and personal look at each community. We hope this will provide people from all over the country and all over the world, an insightful look into the town we call home.
Come by and take a look - AllCary.com

I have been working with the folks over at BestHomePro.com. They have put together an excellent search solution. Their latest revision includes Microsoft Visual Earth maps - gorgeous maps which are easy to navigate, scroll, zoom in/out, etc.
The search tool provides an intelligent system which provides a Top 10 list based on parameters you set. Any time another home pops up that is better then a home on the top 10, it updates the list (in priority order!) and notifies you. Brilliant!
Give it a whirl!

According to their ad they are looking for the following:
- Software Engineer
- Database Administrator
- Systems Analyst
- Software Engineering Manager
- Systems Admin & Support
- Project Manager
- Systems Test & QA
- Network Engineer
- Systems Engineer
Know any techies from the Bay Area, Boston, New York, etc., looking for a great job at a fraction of the cost of living? I would be happy to help them learn about the area, show them Cary area real estate, and more.

If you end up getting a job at Fidelity, make sure you send me some better insider investment strategies. My strategy from my dot.com investment days seems to be, “Buy High, Sell Low”.

From the News & Observer, the data storage company NetApp is looking to double the number of employees in the Triangle. A state committee voted to offer incentives in exchange for job creation, and investment in Research Triangle Park.
“These are very attractive, highly technical jobs with rather substantial salaries,” Commerce Secretary Jim Fain relayed on a conference call with some of the committee members.

The wait is just about over. The dust and cranes will be gone, and Life Time Fitness will take the wraps off their 12 acre, $30 million dollar club on May 10th.
Want a free day pass? Click here to send me a note for a pass for the day.
This club will offer an amazing array of amenities in a resort-like atmosphere.
Indoor and outdoor water slides, rock wall, 24 hour operation, great central location are just some of the reasons why I am excited to see the new gym open up.
There is a large contingent of endurance athletes in the area, like the Raleigh Running Group, Elite Triangle Triathlon Team, Triangle Triathlon Club, North Carolina Roadrunners Club. I am sure we will see quite a few folks from these groups in the club.
For a supersneak preview, click here for an article at the Raleigh Runners Group blog - aka Mitterling Milers.
